How to open a pie shop from scratch. Step by step plan to start a bakery business. How to sell home baked goods

Pirozhkovaya as a business has a good chance of becoming a successful and fairly profitable enterprise. Pies have always enjoyed special love in Russia. There are many dough recipes. Pies have different fillings, shapes and sizes. Some people like pies "from the heat, from the heat." Others prefer chilled baked goods. Few people can deny themselves the pleasure of eating hot pies, but not everyone has the time and desire to cook them.

Our business valuation:

Starting investments - from 500,000 rubles.

Market saturation is high.

The complexity of starting a business is 7/10.

Description of the business idea

How to start organizing your own business? The first thing to do is to study the state of the market in the opening region and draw up a detailed business plan for the patty shop. Which will describe in detail the stages of opening, take into account all aspects and nuances, and also include financial calculations.
The main pitfall for such an enterprise is the high level of competition. Therefore, based on the received data on supply and demand, one should choose the direction of activity: traditional, national, homemade pastries, cafes, kiosks, etc.

And only after that you can start registering an enterprise, finding the most successful place, purchasing equipment for a pie shop, and recruiting personnel.

According to experts, the pie business pays off within 8-10 months, and in the future brings a stable income to the owner.

Company registration

You can register a company as an individual entrepreneur or LLC. The most convenient form of taxation for such institutions is UTII. To open a pie shop, you must obtain permission from the SES, firefighters, the local administration and Rospotrebnadzor.

Choosing a place for a pie

An enterprise whose main activity will be the production of pies can be located on the outskirts of the city, where the rent for premises is lower than in the center. But in this case, you need to take care of the costs associated with the delivery of products to points of sale.

If it is planned to manufacture and sell pies, then it is better to overpay, but rent a room in a place with good traffic. To sell fried and baked pies on the street, an entrepreneur will have to buy a special pie vending machine.

A separate point is the area of the production workshop or trade pavilion. Different services have specific requirements for the size of the room. It must be well ventilated, connected to water supply, sewerage and power supply. It is necessary to conclude a contract for garbage collection with the relevant services.

Equipment selection

Pirozhkovy automatic machine AZP-800

The key to the high quality of products is good equipment. Having special refrigerators, dough mixers, ovens and deep fryers available, an entrepreneur can count on a minimum amount of illiquid assets and write-offs. But for different formats of establishments, different devices will be required.

Buying equipment for the pie business is not difficult. The market offers a wide range of devices, the price of which depends on the manufacturer, feature set, build quality and equipment.

You can save money by buying used machines or stoves, after checking their condition.

Recruitment

Delicious production will require skilled and experienced bakers, an accountant, a salesman, a driver and a worker. Employees are paid depending on the level of wages in the region and the desire of the owner, but not less than the minimum wage.

Purchasing Ingredients

Contracts with suppliers of products for the production workshop should be concluded in advance. At the same time, it is necessary to provide for an uninterrupted replenishment of stocks of oil, flour, yeast, milk and ingredients for preparing the filling.

It is important to know! Despite the fact that when buying a wholesale batch of goods, entrepreneurs are offered good discounts, it should be remembered that products tend to deteriorate quickly.

Advertising and promotion

Advertising costs should be included in any business plan. Moreover, you should not save on introducing potential customers to a new point that has opened, selling delicious pies. Announcement in the media, social networks, Internet forums, flyers, business cards - there should be a lot of all this, especially at the opening stage. In the process of work, the quality of the finished product will serve as an advertisement for the enterprise.

A detailed description of how to open a pie shop from scratch should also include financial calculations, on the basis of which the entrepreneur can draw a conclusion about the estimated amount of investment at the opening stage and monthly expenses.

The main part of the money will be spent on buying a pie oven and additional equipment, the equipment of which depends on the type of establishment. You can sell pies in a cafe, kiosk. Some entrepreneurs simply install small storefronts in large shopping centers.

Kiosk selling hot cakes

Let's try to calculate whether it is profitable to invest in organizing a kiosk?

In the kiosk, you can install the AZHZP-M pie machine, designed for the production of fried pies with various fillings. The advantages of such equipment are compactness, high performance, build quality and relatively low cost. You can buy the AZhZP-M patty machine for 450,000 rubles. (Price with VAT).

The kiosk will also require a small mobile showcase, a skilled baker and a small start-up capital.

Costs associated with opening an institution:

  • rent of premises - from 20,000 rubles. per month;
  • showcase + additional equipment - from 200,000 rubles;
  • advertising - from 20,000 rubles;
  • payroll fund - from 50,000 rubles. per month;
  • ingredients - from 60,000 rubles. per month.

The total amount will be 350,000 rubles.

The set of equipment for the kiosk includes a microwave oven and a coffee machine. If you intend to sell drinks, then you need to install a refrigerator.

In order to calculate the possible profit, you need to know how many customers visit the outlet on average daily and the average bill of the establishment. In a well-located kiosk, about 100 purchases are made during the day, and the average bill is 70 rubles. Revenue per month will be 210,000 rubles. Monthly costs - 130,000 rubles. Net profit will be about 80,000 rubles. The initial investment will pay off in 9-12 months.

Profitability of a cafe-patty shop

Opening a cafe will cost the entrepreneur a round sum. But with a well-designed business plan and a well-chosen location, a cafe can be considered perhaps the most profitable and promising area in this field of activity.

Pirozhkovaya Café is a catering establishment where you can buy takeaway hot pies and sit with a cup of tea or coffee. For visitors, 3-4 tables are set up in the room, and products are baked from frozen blanks.

Opening costs:

  • rent of premises (40 m2) - from 30,000 rubles;
  • repair - from 50,000 rubles;
  • raw materials - from 80,000 rubles;
  • salary for 2 sellers bakers - from 40,000 rubles;
  • advertising - from 20,000 rubles.

The main costs associated with the purchase of equipment:

  • convection ovens for patties - from 120,000 rubles;
  • freezer - from 30,000 rubles;
  • proofing cabinet - from 35,000 rubles;
  • thermal showcase - from 25,000 rubles.

The price of equipment for a pie shop in the format of a cafe will be 210,000 rubles. But we must not forget about additional devices, without which the institution will not be able to work:

  • bar counter (module) - from 20,000 rubles;
  • coffee machine and kettle - from 18,000 rubles;
  • microwave ovens - from 5,000 rubles;
  • tables and chairs (4 sets) - from 10,000 rubles;
  • refrigerator for soft drinks - from 12,000 rubles;
  • dishes and other equipment - from 10,000 rubles.

Total amount: 75,000 rubles.

An entrepreneur must spend about 295,000 rubles on the purchase of equipment. and another 70,000 for advertising and renovations. The total amount of initial investment will be 365,000 rubles.

Monthly costs - from 150,000 rubles, without transport costs.

On average, such establishments are visited by 120 people a day. The average check is 100 rubles. Revenue per day - 12,000 rubles, and 360,000 rubles. per month. Net profit - 210,000 rubles. per month. Investments will pay off in 2-4 months.

franchise business

If a beginner does not have enough money or he is not sure that he will be able to organize a successful business, then the best way out is to open a pie shop under the franchise of a well-known brand. By making a small amount and choosing a room for a cafe, the entrepreneur will receive, along with the name, a complete set of equipment, and will take a training course together with the staff. And most importantly, the newcomer will be advised on issues related to business development and provide all kinds of support throughout the entire period of cooperation.

I am writing this article for those skeptics who say that now it is already expensive to start a business and all niches are occupied, it was necessary earlier, time has been lost, etc. etc. Here I will tell you how you can open your own business for the price of an iPhone.

Puff pastry trade

Here, all the key points for starting a business with a small initial capital came together.

  • Low entry threshold, 1.5 - 2 thousand dollars
  • High margin, from 100%
  • Excellent product demand

What else do you need to start your successful business?

Oh, detailed instructions! Well, hold on.

First, consider the format of the outlet. It can be a street cafe, a tent, a Tonar-type trailer. Almost any building will do. Area from 4 sq. meters. That is, the cost of rent is sufficient, adequate.

Location of objects. These are the central streets of the city, district, railway stations, next to educational institutions. And in the markets (here housewives immediately take about ten puffs for the house).

We need the following equipment:

Convection oven, proofer (needed for defrosting and raising the dough), 400 liter chest freezer (we store frozen semi-finished products in it). This is the main equipment. And one more plus: the hood for these furnaces is not needed.

An oven with a proofer will set you back about a thousand dollars. There is our equipment, there is imported equipment (for example, Italian, by SMEG). A chest freezer can be bought used for 5 - 8 thousand rubles.

Showcase, shelving - this is done for a specific point. Here the costs are low. Maybe you can rent a pavilion where everything is already there.

Cash register (optional)

Thus, I lay 1.5 USD for all this.

The good thing about products is that semi-finished products are stored for about 3 months. You don't need a lot of money to buy. And the profitability, most importantly, is high.

On average, the purchase of one product will cost 5 rubles apiece, the selling price is 12-15 rubles a piece.

That is, they sold 500 puffs with an extra charge of 5 rubles, they made a profit - 2,500 rubles a day, which amounts to 75,000 rubles a month. Minus costs (rent, electricity, salary). Thousand fifty clean from one point remains. We develop a network, multiply profits.

Now another very important point where people had problems with this business.

Product quality!

Not all suppliers of semi-finished products have quality products. As a result, people try and never come back. Try the products and most importantly, collect reviews about them when you look for a supplier. There will be delicious puffs, get regular customers. And, accordingly, profit.

More advice. Here you have opened the first point, brand it right away. Come up with a nice name, something like "Fedotika", etc. It will be easier to spin new points. Brand awareness is a big advantage.

You see, nothing complicated. Gather information on the topic, write a small business plan and go!

Who doesn't love fresh, flavorful baked goods? It would seem that there are simply no such people, so these products will always be in demand. At first glance, here is a successful business idea - to bake and sell muffins. Especially if you start your own franchise business, become part of a brand that everyone knows.

His story of opening a kiosk selling baked goods under a franchise agreement to the magazine Reconomica told Zinaida Vyshkvar, who lives in the city of Kyiv. She shared her invaluable experience so that anyone who wishes to follow a similar path does not make her mistakes.

Hello! My name is Vyshkvar Zinaida, I live in the city of Kyiv. When I started my business, I was 35 years old. I launched it in 2016, and it worked for 2 years.

How the idea was born

For a long time I wanted something of my own, I dreamed of starting my own business, but all the time something was missing, some kind of hint. Experienced businessmen, as a rule, do not want to share their experience. It so happened that my mother-in-law found a job at a kiosk that specialized in baking. Every day, using a specific example, we learned how this business works, all its pitfalls and nuances. We had our own agent. And it was helpful.

Our kiosk.

The same point with baking provided for work on conditions. The franchise itself cost nothing, there are no deductions.

The terms of the franchise were as follows:

  • not less than 300 kg of frozen products;
  • you can not sell a snack group and other pastries;
  • corporate branding;
  • they dictate prices.

So, we found out the data of the supplier, concluded a franchise agreement with him.

What to start with?

At the family council, it was decided that we would take the necessary financing from the bank: we removed all credit funds from 3 credit cards.

We decided to open a point in a residential area, which was one of the mistakes, since 70% of the solvent population leaves the residential area for the office area.

The kiosk was found to be small, 8 sq.m., branding and furnishing was organized by the supplier, since everything had to match the colors of the company. For work, a chest freezer (for freezing storage), a microwave oven, scales, and shelf lighting were required.

We bought all this from my mother-in-law's former employers. And again it became a mistake, because they had to sell it, and we needed to buy it. They set favorable prices for themselves, and we, due to our ignorance, did not compare these prices with those for which they sell online.

Furnace rental

The supplier, under the terms of the contract, gave the use of an oven for baking their products, everything was baked on the spot, we ourselves calculated how much and when to bake. All pastries were baked according to the established programs, nothing complicated.

For work, a chest freezer, a microwave oven, scales, and shelf lighting were required.

Of course, they did not give the equipment for free, every month we paid rent for the furnace. To start we needed coffee and water.

There are many suppliers who give coffee machines for free, bring grain, mixers, glasses, sugar. We paid for portions by the meter.

There were no problems with water either - “Cosa-Cola”, “Pepsi”, mineral. Many bring even in debt.

We have opened

At first I worked with my mother-in-law according to the schedule week after week. Clients appeared quickly, everyone loves new things. Every morning they baked, in the evening they tried to sell at zero, of course, this did not always work out.

Factors affecting sales

It is worth considering that trading is influenced by such factors as weather, holidays, weekends, heat in summer, rain in autumn. If it rains all day, there is no trade, people in such weather rush home as soon as possible.

In summer, pastries are not sold well, mostly they take water. Water, especially non-carbonated water, scatters quickly. It can be said that in the summer they only earned money on the water. The kiosk was located at a public transport stop, and there was only a point selling cigarettes nearby. However, these neighbors were very dumping water prices, since they were a large network, they made a penny mark-up on mineral water and sweet water, which, of course, took a significant part of sales from our outlet. But our main product was baked goods, so the revenue was still gradually growing, especially since the supplier allowed us to make a 100% markup.

From small goods, you must have napkins, bags, chewing gums, juices, and even in winter we sold hot broths.

Of course, it is worth noting the cons. The most important thing is that it is very hot from the stove in summer. We began to develop, gradually a lot of regular customers appeared. There were plans to open several more kiosks.

Cash register

To open it was necessary to resolve the issue with the tax. The husband was an entrepreneur, and in order to work, he definitely needed to put a cash register at the point.

The cash register is not a cheap pleasure.

I was engaged in the design of the cash register in the tax office myself, so as not to pay for someone's services. In principle, it was not difficult. We started to work.

Monthly expenses

At the same time, the cost of electricity in the LAF (small architectural forms - benches, shopping kiosks, signs and signs, pavilions, fences and fences) is high, since the price is industrial.

A significant part of the income was taken by electricity, approximately 30%.

Also, a large part of the expenses is the rent of the MAF, and we could not guess when the hostess would raise the price. For two years of work, it increased the rent 3 times, the price per kW of electricity increased 2 times.

We paid my mother-in-law a salary, but I didn’t take a salary myself. In winter, it was warm due to the stove, but the kiosk quickly cooled down, so we had to heat it with a heater. Not only does the stove take 5 kW / h, but the heater also worked. All this resulted in big expenses in the winter.

Frames are everything

And yet, with the growing popularity of the kiosk, we received such an income that allowed us to add products, and start looking for a seller instead of me. Finding a seller is a tough time. Candidates, of course, come up with sky-high prices for themselves. A 65-year-old woman came, we talked, she lives nearby, the children are adults. She arranged for me, but my mother-in-law did not. She found many flaws in her. There were complaints from both sides.

Good sellers are worth their weight in gold.

At the same time, it must be said that the supplier makes sudden checks on the operation of the point and compliance with the terms of the contract. If violations are systematically revealed (there are no price tags for products, the kiosk is dirty, there is no sanitary book, there is no form, etc.), there will be a fine.

According to the terms of the franchise, they dictate a lot of conditions to you, and you must comply with them.

One year later

After a year of work, I increasingly wanted to break the contract. We got a clueless manager who didn't help us at all.

Products are delivered on certain days, and if we forgot to order, nobody cared - we were sitting without products. Over time, the mother-in-law stopped working for us, there was only one seller left.

Work conflicts

What should be said about the employees? Never work with relatives. Always stick to the Employer-Employer rule.

If you switch to some personal, intimate conversations with an employee, there will be no work, they sit on the neck. So it happened to me. I relaxed, and my employee began to set me up. She began to constantly point to a small salary, there was talk that I pay little, but somewhere they offer her twice as much. I understood that she was inflating her worth. I found her a partner, mutual accusations began. A lot coincided at that moment: the rent was raised, and the turnover fell, and the showdown with the sellers.

The last straw was that one of the sellers either ordered the wrong products or was rude to the buyers, and then it also turned out that she was selling her products instead of mine.

I understood that this greatly spoils my reputation and my income. I had to fire her.

Competitors

It is also worth mentioning the competition. When we opened, we were the only bakery in the area. During the first year of operation, three similar points were opened nearby.

During the year, three more bakery outlets opened near us.

In addition, they did various nasty things to us. The locks of the roller shutters were filled with glue several times. The replacement took several hours and a decent part of the income. There were four such substitutions.

The opening of a number of kiosks for the production and sale of pastries greatly reduced our income. Constant checks on the supplier, problems with sellers, spokes in the wheels from competitors - more and more convinced me to leave the franchise.

Renunciation of the franchise

And oddly enough, they themselves suggested it. There were new conditions:

  • we sell what we want;
  • remove branding;
  • prices rise by 20%;
  • We set our own prices for finished products.

And we decided on this, I removed the branding, raised the price of finished products, added a snack group, added other pastries. It must also be said that we learned to save. Instead of three baking sheets, we put four in the oven, turned off the backlight, temporarily turned off the refrigerators. I added cookies, chips to the sale, I found another water supplier.

Other nuances

It is worth saying that they take water well in refrigerators that stand on the street. Customers saw what they wanted.

In the summer, baked goods deteriorate quickly. Since we had pastries by weight, I decided to leave 100 grams in the window, hide everything else in the refrigerator.

I found a supplier who brought fresh pastries, and if it was not for sale, we could return it.

It is also always worth remembering about the inspections of the Department of City Improvement. They can come at any time.

They check how you clean the adjacent territory to the kiosk, there should be an urn, in winter you need to remove snow, in autumn - leaves falling from trees. For failure to do this, they have the right to impose a fine, and this entails the demolition of the kiosk. And again we were informed about the increase in the rent and the price of electricity. In addition, we should not forget about taxes, they also rose. And after two years of work, my husband and I decided to close. Hard. But these two years have been a good experience for us.

Expenses and income

So, the main items of expenditure:

  • rent - from 5000 UAH to 8000 UAH;
  • equipment - 10000 UAH;
  • kiosk branding - 6000 UAH;
  • initial production - 10000 UAH;
  • related expenses (mops, brooms, etc.) - UAH 2000;
  • salary - 250 UAH/day;
  • cash register - 6000 UAH;
  • maintenance of the cash register - 250 UAH/month;
  • taxes - 1400 UAH/month;
  • electricity - from 1200 to 2000 UAH / month.

In good times, the revenue reached 2500 UAH/day, and you could earn 8000-12000 UAH per month.

Now, having gone through this experience, I understand that many things could have been done differently.

The main advice is that it is imperative to control all processes. And in order to understand how it works, you need to work at least a little bit in this yourself. Then you will know all the pitfalls.

  • It is advisable to protect yourself by installing cameras or alarms. On our kiosk there were traces of damage to the roller shutters, and on the ice cream refrigerator there were traces of breaking;
  • It is worth being prepared for inadequate buyers, they will always and always be dissatisfied with your work, no matter how perfectly you do it;

We need to constantly develop, look for new types of products, more unique.

  • In order to start as well as possible, you need to choose a place for sale that is very passable. It should be a metro station, a place where there is a large cluster of offices. It is highly desirable to open where there is no similar product, review the conditions of several suppliers and choose the most comfortable and profitable for yourself;
  • A good salesperson is 75% of sales success. It is very carefully to approach the choice of the seller, to learn as much as possible about the person. Of course, ideally, formalize it, but this is an additional tax burden and reporting. But not formalizing is a risk. It is worth constantly monitoring their work, since very often unscrupulous sellers begin to trade in their products, take money from the cash register, take goods, etc. For persuasiveness or intimidation, it is worth introducing a system of fines and applying it at least once.

And it is very important to burn with an idea! Don't expect big profits right away. If there is a goal, there will be a result. Of course, if you do not stand still.

Now I already know that I need to try to open more outlets as much as possible in order to get a profit due to turnover.

But it is very important to calculate and think everything through. Take into account the location of the point / store, the percentage of the solvent population, the specifics of the products sold, competitors within a kilometer radius and constantly develop, look for new types of products, more unique.

I really hope that my story was useful to you! Good luck to you in all your endeavors!

It's no secret that hot baking is very popular. Your business will quickly pay off if you carefully select a place to open, draw up a competent business plan and organize the supply of quality products.

Demand for hot donuts and pies is formed even without large advertising costs, the main thing is to put a competitive price on finished products. This type of business does not require huge investments and, with proper management of the institution, pays off in a year.

Also, you don’t have to bother with the paperwork, because most of the necessary permits are relatively easy to obtain.

Idea Features

Business is perfect not only for novice businessmen, but also for experienced ones who understand the intricacies of market and trade relations.

Depending on the budget, the project implementation method will also be selected: starting from a simple shop window in a popular shopping center, ending with your own mini-cafe.

A glass showcase in an establishment will attract the attention of customers and provide quality service to each visitor, while the cost of rent and utility bills will be small due to the minimum size of the premises. For a mini-cafe, the costs will be more significant.

In any case, careful selection of the location of the pie shop will be required so that the flow of people is as large as possible. This will help you quickly recoup investments and get your hands on net income from product sales.

Having opened a simple showcase with a small assortment of pastries, it will be difficult at first to compete with large establishments. Having chosen the right development strategy in the future, the entrepreneur will achieve big profits by setting several points around the city.

How much and what do you need?

Before you open a pie shop, you should evaluate your budget. Based on this, a business plan will be drawn up, which must be strictly adhered to.

The basis of the business plan should include the minimum costs: stoves (120 thousand), refrigerators and freezers (25 thousand), a cabinet for products (40 tons), a professional coffee machine (20 thousand), window dressing for an establishment (20-30 thousand ) and a microwave oven (15-25 thousand).

Do not forget that there are other points on which a lot of time and money will be spent:

  • Registration of sole proprietorship or LLC.
  • rent or purchase of premises for the implementation of a cafe-pie.
  • starting purchase of products for baking.
  • promotion costs (advertising).
  • additional equipment and furniture (tables, chairs).
  • payment of utility bills.
  • payment of salaries to staff.
  • Unexpected expenses. It is better to lay an additional 40-50 thousand rubles in case of force majeure.

The profitability of such a business usually varies within 50% with a well-chosen location. If the markup on finished products is approximately 30% and at least 300 pies go out per day, then the institution will start making a net profit in 1-2 years.

Place - where to place the stall?

The main criterion for choosing a place is high traffic. In other words, so that people look at the appearance of the cafe, want to go into it and try pastries.

An ideal example is a transparent shop window in a shopping center building. This method will allow you to get the desired flow of people who will see the finished product just by passing by. Places near transport stops, bus and railway stations, hospitals, markets and other crowded places will also pay off perfectly.

If you want to deal only with the production of pastries, then the best option would be to search for premises for rent away from the city center. Usually outside the city, rental prices are much lower, which will save money.

Do not forget that the room must comply with all sanitary standards. In this case, it will also be necessary to arrange the delivery of finished products to the places of sale. The ideal option would be cooperation with school or student canteens, markets, points at stations.

What technology might be needed?

A business plan for opening a pie shop begins with a calculation of expenses. The main one is the purchase of the necessary equipment. At the moment, the offer market is wide, so finding suitable options will not be difficult.

If the budget is very tight, then you can start with used equipment. In this case, be sure to pay attention to the wear of parts and surfaces so that they are not broken and damaged.

Main required components:

  • oven or convection oven for baking;
  • refrigerator with freezer;
  • coffee and tea machine;
  • microwave;
  • basic cutlery.

If it is planned to open a pie cafe in the future, then you will need to slightly expand the inventory by purchasing a proofing cabinet, a cabinet for defrosting semi-finished products, a dough mixer, transparent thermal showcases, furniture (chairs, tables). Prices for such sets of equipment vary within 200 thousand rubles.

How many workers do you need?

Pirozhkovaya, as a business, is a relatively easy-to-manage institution. Since various bakery products will be made there, it is worth paying special attention to the selection of personnel with professional skills in operating equipment, medical books and work experience.

Remember that the reputation of the institution depends on the quality of the products sold. Depending on the type of open pie shop, the number of staff is selected.

For example, for a transparent showcase with baked goods, it will be enough to hire a qualified baker and a salesperson (2 people each for convenient shift work). Payroll costs for each employee will start from 25 thousand rubles, depending on the region of residence.

The staff for a pie-type mini-cafe will be a little wider, because there will already need an administrator and a cleaning lady, at least. The entrepreneur himself will act as the first, the salary of a cleaner starts from 15 thousand rubles, and she can work part-time.

Consider one business idea related to the preparation of pies. This is a fairly popular, but not common pie business in Russia. In this article, you will learn all the pros and cons of this kind of business and decide how profitable the pies business will be for you.

Let's start with an explanation of the concept of a pie restaurant or simply a pie shop. Pirozhkovaya is an institution that is created for high-quality and fast customer service with pies, etc. and profit from it. One of the advantages of this business is the fact that monitoring the activities of a similar distribution network takes a small amount of time and is absolutely not burdensome.

It is also a plus that you can cook pies at least at home, since baking pies is not a big deal. But in any case, after some time of independent work, you can hire employees and, for example, lie at home on the couch.

Another advantage, which will soon cease to exist, is the still small fullness of this niche. But very soon, I repeat, this plus will no longer be. Each niche in business is developing rapidly, and if you do not grab onto it in time, you can say goodbye to this type of business. But as always, in addition to advantages, there are also disadvantages. For example, the pie business is already growing rapidly.

Now you can find large popular retail chains that attract the majority of visitors. This means that when choosing the location of the stores of your trading network, you must exclude those places where the stores of your more experienced rivals are located.

But also, you should not settle somewhere in the yard, where at most 10 people will pass a day. In this case, hardly anyone will notice your store, but even if there is some lover of pies, others will not run after him. Based on this, make your own assumptions about the best location for your stores. There are other disadvantages, but now they should not be considered, since these disadvantages are not particularly important.

Now let's come to, probably, the most important thing for every businessman - profit. There are two options for obtaining high profits that operate in absolutely any business. Choose the one that suits you best. The first option involves a major overpricing. This means that you will sell pies for more than they actually cost. The second option includes a price reduction, in which a large number of visitors will come to you.

This means that you will sell pies at reasonable prices, which will definitely attract the attention of customers and come running to you to try pies. Again, choose the most suitable option for you.

And finally, a step-by-step guide to creating a business on pies. The first thing you need to do is draw up a business plan. You can do its creation yourself, or you can connect specialists to this business by providing them with the necessary information. The second step will be the registration of an individual entrepreneur or the creation of a legal entity. Again, choose for yourself what suits you best.

In addition, do not forget that in order to trade in pies or any other products, you will need documents authorizing trade from the sanitary and epidemiological service. The third step is to find the location of your stores. You can work at home. This will require only transport, and you will be able to independently deliver your own pies to customers. There are other options.

For example, renting a room or trading through tents or mobile stands. Next, you need to buy the necessary equipment. The fifth step is to find suppliers of raw materials or ready-made pies, depending on your desire. Now I advise you to solve the issue of advertising. There are various options - signs, advertising on the Internet, mailing commercial offers, etc. Well, when your network grows, you can hire employees.
