Happy man, what is he? Happy man. And what is needed for this

Very often, to become a happy person, you need only a little, however, this smallness is different for everyone. For someone, love is not enough for happiness, for someone an expensive car, and for someone, money can be transferred indefinitely. However, all these things are material, and you can achieve them yourself, you just have to understand your inner world and attitude to life.

A truly happy person, does not wish harm to anyone, does not pay attention to condemnation and lives for his own pleasure, enjoying every moment. If you accept your fate and stop being influenced by others, then it is quite possible to become a happy person.

What prevents us from being happy and what you should not pay attention to in order to become a happy person, we will tell in our article. You just need to let go of some things in your life and cut the excess out of it.

How to become a happy person: what prevents us from being happy

How to become happy: you should not care about the opinions of others

You should not wait for the approval of others, much less pay attention to the opinions of others. If you do what pleases others, you betray yourself. In this way, you are not real. The opinions of others hold back your true desires. Don't think about what people will say, it's your life and you should use it as you want.

How to become happy: let go of resentment and do not get angry over trifles

The most destructive emotions of resentment and anger spoil you from the inside. Offended, we begin to waste time looking for justice, thereby exhausting ourselves mentally and physically. It is not at all necessary to forget the offense, it is very difficult to do this, you can simply ignore it. Try to ignore the person who makes you angry or let go of the situation that arose on the basis of resentment, and it will become much easier for you.

How to become happy: do not look for the perfect soul mate

There is no need to build an image of an ideal partner for yourself, fixating on it, you can lose the person suitable for you. Such ideal people simply do not exist, there are halves that we feel with our hearts and sincerely want to be with him, is this not a real soul mate?

How to be happy: stop making excuses

Excuses as a defensive reaction if things didn't turn out the way you wanted them to. And instead of looking for a solution, you find an excuse for yourself. You can't do that, as well as feel sorry for yourself. Everything is only in our power and our desires, so do not miss the opportunity to fix everything and try again.

How to Be Happy: Live in the Present

As they say, without the past, there would be no future, but it has passed and it is behind. It can drag along not the happiest memories, so you just need to let it go and live in the present. This is especially true for relationships. You should not compare your former and present, you will not find the same men anyway.

How to Be Happy: Think Positively

All the time, thinking about the bad, you attract it. You need to learn to think positively, to see the positive aspects in any situation. Drive away negative thoughts and tune in to positive thinking.

How to Be Happy: Don't Judge Others

“Judge not, and you will not be judged” is the old saying. By condemning the actions of others, you choose the wrong moral position, you impose your values on other people. You need to live and appreciate your life and monitor your actions, because we are all human and we tend to make mistakes. In addition, it is very easy to condemn a person without knowing the true reason for his misconduct.

How to Be Happy: Don't Be Envy

To become happy you need to get rid of the feeling of envy. Envy is somewhat of a comparison. If you are jealous of someone's success, you willy-nilly deny yourself and your abilities.

How to Be Happy: Stop Jealousy

Jealousy has always been the destroyer of a couple's relationship, especially if it is for no reason. Often such jealousy turns into paranoia, and this is already a mental disorder. And if there is a reason to be jealous and a very good one, then there is nothing to be jealous of. You yourself will agree that you will not correct the situation with jealousy, it is better to talk calmly and find out the relationship within the couple.

How to Be Happy: Stop Controlling

Controlling everyone and always will not make you happy. You can not control all the situations that arise in life, so you can get confused. Therefore, it is sometimes useful to let everything take its course, fate is the best assistant, and it will put everything in its place.

How to be happy: learn not to expect anything from anyone

When you expect a certain action from a person or situation, you risk being disappointed. After disappointment, some kind of emptiness comes, and we are already afraid to trust another person. Therefore, you need to live by the principle - "no one owes anything to anyone." If that's how it happened, then that's how it should have been. Do not expect from people and circumstances what they cannot give you.

Among successful people who have made a career and seem to have achieved everything that one can dream of, there are not so many who can call themselves a truly happy person. It has already been said many times by various people that happiness is not in money - then what is it?

Happiness Criteria

As a rule, when asked what, people give standard answers. For some, this is a family, children, a loved one. For another, a good job, for a third, health, and so on. etc. Analyzing the answers, we can conclude: a person is happy when he feels good. It's hard to be happy when you're sick, lonely, when you don't like your job. This is the case when being determines consciousness - you feel good when everything is in order with you.

But the reverse situation is also possible, when it is consciousness that determines being. A person chooses his path, focusing on his most cherished goals and desires. It is this path, following it, that makes him truly happy.

It is important to understand that the true goals and aspirations are determined by the human soul. The soul will never strive for money, fame - it is not interested in it. The soul loves to create, so many people choose creative professions and professions associated with the ability to create something, explore.

Personal growth is very important for the soul. Hence the desire of many people to overcome, to reach new horizons. Cross the ocean, conquer the mountain peak, achieve some kind of success - but not for the sake of success as such, but precisely for personal growth. A person is happy when he succeeds, when he does what gives him pleasure. On the way, he may have many obstacles and difficulties, but they are perceived not as another misfortune, but as a challenge, as an opportunity to overcome himself once again.

A person is happy when the soul is happy

True happiness is possible only when the soul is happy. Why do so many people choose this or that hobby for themselves? Because it gives them the opportunity to feel happy, to get away from the routine of ordinary uninteresting things. The soul is interested in a lot of things - it will be equally pleased to look at postage stamps and breed a new variety of tomato, admire the stars through a telescope and collect a perpetual motion machine in the garage.

When is a person unhappy? When his soul finds no application for his talents. When she wants to do one thing, but her interests are unceremoniously pushed aside and forced to do something completely different. Maybe she will try to express herself in a new field, to create within the framework that has been set for her, but the result will not be the same at all.

How to be happy

First of all, believe in yourself, that you can still change. After that, determine your true values, your true calling. Outline the paths to achieve the desired life situation - and go to it, regardless of any difficulties.

The most important thing is that this path itself will bring joy. The soul is happy not only when the goal is achieved, but also on the way to it. This is the secret of true happiness - to be who you are, to go where you want to go. Do not change yourself, your dream, and life will be truly happy.

What is happiness is a difficult question. And from the answer to it may depend on what a person's life will be. Some certain benefits are mistaken for happiness, while this is a state of mind that does not directly depend on external circumstances.

In search of happiness

Happiness can be called the state when a person is satisfied with the circumstances of his own life. If you are completely satisfied with your work, environment, state of health, you can already be called lucky. This state can be reached in different ways.

Someone changes their life. He is in search of strong sensations, material wealth, recognition and love. Such people are used to setting themselves ambitious goals and achieving them. With the help of such a strategy, you can achieve a state of happiness, if you know what, and get satisfaction from completing the tasks. However, sometimes it happens that after hard work a person gets only disappointment and begins to desire something else, earns money and honor, and happiness continues to be an unattainable dream for him.

Other types of people find happiness within themselves. They are not supporters of radically changing external circumstances. When a person corrects his attitude to what is happening, begins to appreciate every moment and learns to live here and now, he can also become happy.

Put the search for spiritual comfort as the first priority, and soon your life will become fuller, brighter.

Since both strategies have a place to be, we can conclude: happiness is the ability to enjoy life and realize one's desires, it is the ability to find internal reserves in oneself and achieve goals.

Harmony in life

Happiness depends on many aspects of your life. It is difficult to be a truly happy person if you are categorically not satisfied with one of the aspects of your existence.

For example, having a great job that pleases you every day and inspires you to fulfill yourself, but suffering from failures in your personal life, you will not be happy.

Therefore, it is important to pay attention to all areas of your life that matter to you. Through this harmony, you can achieve happiness. First of all, it is worth addressing those issues that oppress you. Having dealt with the first difficulties, you will feel strength and enthusiasm and will be able to put things in order in your life. And when it becomes the way you want, it remains only to enjoy existence.

Some people make an unforgivable mistake in the pursuit of happiness. They take other people's dreams and desires as their own. Accepting false values prevents your mind from forming your own, and as a result, you are moving in the wrong direction. It is not surprising that happiness does not come, and behind external well-being is the unrealized potential of a person.

Reflection on human happiness.

Levitina Marina 8I class

Happiness is a state of a person that corresponds to the greatest internal satisfaction of one's being, the fullness and meaningfulness of life, the fulfillment of one's human purpose. Happiness deep satisfaction with life and a maximum of positive emotions, and a minimum of negative emotions. Positive emotions are associated with happiness in the present moment, while deep satisfaction is happiness in the long term. Each of us strives most of all to become happy, and if it doesn’t work out very well, then convince ourselves and those around us that you are happy, or that happiness does not exist in nature. One says: "The secret of happiness is this", the other "the essence of happiness is this." Everyone wants to find the secret of happiness themselves, but they do not find it. In addition to oxygen, a person needs a person. When a person is happy, the meaning of life and other eternal topics rarely interest him. They should be asked at the end of life. But when this end will come - we do not know, so we are in a hurry. I must tell you that we do not want to conquer any space at all. We want to expand the Earth to its limits. We don't need other worlds. We're trying to find a contact, and we'll never find it. We are in the foolish position of a man striving for a goal that he is afraid of, that he does not need. For each person, the word happiness is perceived differently. In fact, we are all the same, but everyone has their own worldview. For some, happiness is to be healthy, for someone to have money in your pocket. For many to have a big family. But everyone needs someone by their side. He needs support, he needs to speak out, just for peace of mind. I believe that a person needs a person to be happy.

Every person strives for happiness. Life and destiny are sometimes complex and unpredictable, many of us go to our life goals in different ways. Each person can become happy in their own way. In my modern life, happiness is the harmony between the desired and the possible. I experience the most sincere emotions, pleasure and delight while playing football. Few become famous, outstanding athletes. Sporting success is not the lot of ordinary dreamers. High results in football can only be achieved by the owner of great willpower, perseverance, perseverance and endurance. Outstanding world football players go to their goal through hard and methodical training. The sport of high achievements is not just character and strength, but logic and the ability to learn from mistakes. There are millions of fans and football fans in the world. But I think that only by personal participation in the game, you can comprehend the real magic of football. Experiencing the intensity of the game, its high pace, various decisions and results, the athlete experiences a unique feeling. The desire to win and the support of teammates work wonders. Despite physical fatigue, the goals scored by the opponent gives the footballer a second wind. I feel great joy, pleasure from training, communication with the coach and teammates. I think that a sense of elbow, determination, team spirit and the desire to win will come in handy in everyone's life. Happiness is the opportunity to do what you love with friends, feeling the support of loved ones. Happiness is setting high goals and achieving them.

This year I feel happy because I have everything I need. I think that happiness is the feeling that a person has with the greatest satisfaction, it is also a great bright feeling that we can hear with our hearts. Firstly, I am happy because I have a family: mom, dad, grandmother and sister. I love them very much. Secondly, I have many good friends. Thirdly, this summer our whole family will go to the sea. Fourthly, I am happy because we do not have a war. I wish there was peace on earth. So, this year I feel happy, because the greatest happiness is to love and be loved.

Our life is too short. You can not notice how children grow and develop, how they fly out of their parental nest. This wonderful time will never return, when children give us a smile with their ingenuity. Happiness is our life that God gave us. Thanks to him, we are now on this Earth. With relatives and friends. Happiness is to love a person and be loved. We must say a huge thank you to our parents that they gave us life and did not abandon us, as some do. But in life there are sorrows, tears, pain, screams and many other things. Take care of your relatives and friends, they are the only ones with us, it is they who give us affection, care, joy, love and happiness. What about happiness? But there is no happiness. Because happiness is a state that cannot be bought, it can only be felt by putting things aside and finally, looking at the sky, through which clouds and planes are floating.

In this reflection, I would like to tell why I am a happy person. First, I have a family: me, mom, dad, sister. We rarely spend time together because my sister has classes, I'm at school, my father works and my mother is busy with housework, but still, when we do something together in the house, we have fun. If I quarreled with one of them, I always regret it afterwards. Second, I have my good friends. We have common interests and often spend time together. I love my friends so much. And finally, thirdly, I am happy because my friends and family are happy. I am always trying to help and do the best for my friends and loved ones. Although I can do a little, but they are all always pleased. They are also trying to help me in life. I am happy that I have family and friends close to me.

Happiness. What is it? What kind of person do we call happy? At all times people have asked these questions. Probably, those who believe that a happy person can be noticed immediately are right. This can be seen from the person whose happiness makes his eyes glow. A happy person always smiles, and in everything he finds something unusual, beautiful, which he had not paid attention to before. A happy person is a person who achieves his goal. Perhaps the highest happiness is satisfaction from success. Each of us wants to be happy. We are born to be happy and make other people happy. And each of us has our own idea of happiness. Every little joy, every little success, every achievement makes us happy. I consider myself lucky because I have a family that I love. I have friends whom I respect. I have music that I like.

I'm a happy person, actually, I don't know, but that's not the point. For me, happiness is just to try to live with joy every day. I achieve the goals that I set for myself, but this does not always work out. I am quite a cheerful person. It does not require much, just a little effort and smiles. I am also a happy person because I am free. I have the right to love the one I want, to live with whom I feel good, to get an education of my own choice, the choice of work and profession. This I can do myself. And the most important happiness is my parents and true friends.

Happiness is when you are appreciated, loved, understood, when your relatives and close people are nearby. Firstly, I am a happy person, because my beloved family is next to me, and if something happens to me, then my family always comes to the rescue, supports me in a difficult situation. Secondly, I am happy, because now we live in peacetime, and where people are decent, understanding, intelligent and kind. I have a big and friendly family. We spend our free time with the whole family, walk in the park, go to exhibitions and theaters. So, I believe that happiness is when people around you see, understand, appreciate.

What is happiness? Happiness is a state of a person that corresponds to the greatest internal satisfaction with the conditions of one's being, the fullness and meaningfulness of life. First, happiness can be physical or material. For example, for me it's when you get a long-awaited thing that you dreamed of, or a good grade at school. One way or another, people get positive emotions from physical happiness. Secondly, there is also spiritual happiness, which is a philosophical concept, as it reveals a deeper awareness. It can be your state in nature and peace with the outside world. So, happiness is different for everyone and you need to look for it in different ways. “Most people are only as happy as they choose to be,” said Abraham Lincoln.

A dog named Mark. He greets me when I arrive at the house. As soon as he hears my steps outside the door, he already lets out a welcome bark. On the threshold, he immediately rushes to me, licks my face and hands. The most important happiness in my life is life. If all people are happy, our existence will be most efficient.

For many, happiness is material values, a secure life. Sometimes, it seems that happiness is something that is missing or missing in life. Then a person tries to find it, to make his dreams come true - and this is already happiness for him. We don't need much in modern life. Everyone has the opportunity to work and provide themselves with everything necessary. But without communication, a person cannot live. Exchange news, share experiences. It is also very important to have a job that interests you, free time. For me, happiness is close people around me who will always support me. For me, happiness is living in this world. And never to have a war. Everywhere there was goodness, happiness and longevity for every person.

Happiness is a certain state of the human soul, which corresponds to the greatest inner satisfaction. I can definitely say that I am a happy person. I am surrounded by very good people, they are my happiness. The friends that I have create a comfortable atmosphere in which I can be constantly. I used to have friends, mostly from Moscow, but once I happened to go to the Volga Meetings festival, and it was he who introduced me to the guys who live in different parts of Russia. Teachers, coaches, and even ordinary passers-by who stand out from the crowd a little can cheer me up. But my mother plays the most important role in my life. She can support, convince, and suggest, and it is she who creates my mood, makes me happy.

Each person has their own concept of happiness. Someone can be happy from a blossoming flower or a donated candy, but for someone you need something more, something more significant. Although, in general, for many, happiness is in the little things. Happiness is to see the smile of your loved ones and loved ones, to see that they are healthy and everything is fine with them. Happiness is to be healthy yourself, to be loved. Happiness is to love someone selflessly and not expect something in return, you just love this person and you are happy that you have him, it becomes the main thing for you that everything is in order with him. Some people don't realize how lucky they are to have their loved ones still by their side. They take it for granted, many do not have some family members, they have lost them or have not found them yet. Few people can call themselves an absolutely happy person, because many have problems that depress a person and prevent them from living a full life. But you shouldn’t get hung up on your troubles, you need to try to solve them or ask for help, support from friends, then even if your problems are not solved, you will still know that there are people in the world who will not leave you at a difficult moment. . This should also bring people a modicum of happiness. I can not call myself a happy person, but my life is not so bad.

Dianova Alina Grade 8I

Happiness is a deep satisfaction with life, a maximum of positive emotions and a minimum of negativity. Happiness cannot be accumulated, put aside in reserve, but it can be shared. The more often a person experiences happiness, the brighter, brighter and more diverse his life is. Each person is happy in their own way. Some believe that happiness is spiritual harmony. Others are just material value. First, many people think that happiness lies precisely in money and material values. Undoubtedly, if a person has money in the first place in the list of goals, then it is not very difficult to guess that for him happiness lies in money. Happiness is in money only if the person himself thinks so. Money serves for a person as raising the standard of living. If there is little money, a person can afford little, respectively, few opportunities and little joy. If there is too much money, then the person does not know where to put it and spends on everything that he does not need, which leads to depression and frustration. But money does not give happiness to a person for life. There is not a single happy person who has achieved happiness only thanks to the amount of money. Money is certainly very important, but true happiness must be sought in oneself. Secondly, most people still believe that happiness lies in the family and the peaceful sky above their heads. Happiness lies in moral satisfaction and peace of mind. Only with the totality of these benefits can a person feel happy. He has a desire to work, to implement interesting ideas. And this applies not only to a career, but also to personal happiness. A person who has a favorite job and is making progress, without a home, cannot be completely satisfied with life. Only family well-being can make a person truly happy. And such people associate their success in life with warmth, a charge of positive energy received in the family circle. But at the same time, not everyone is guaranteed success in life. One is lucky, the other is not. On the other hand, man is the creator of his own happiness. Everyone should have perseverance, patience, and most importantly, the desire to achieve something in life, and then happiness will certainly come. So, every person needs to accept what he has and rejoice in what he has. Every person deserves to be happy, despite the fact that everyone has their own happiness. People should not interfere with each other being happy, not being insidious. Don't envy. Do not cheat, because they do it very painfully. A person needs to rejoice at every good incident, and only then will he become truly happy.

We each have our own idea of what happiness is. For some, this is family, friends and loved ones, and for others - a successful career or any achievements in life, there are also people for whom happiness is helping others. To see other people's problems and solve them, in gratitude, getting a smile. We are all different and it cannot be said that happiness is the same for everyone. For me, the most precious happiness is my family. I cannot imagine my life without my parents, grandparents and other relatives. My family has always been close-knit, we always help each other. And we have a good time together. I think that all the best that is in my character was brought up by my relatives. It was my family that taught me to enjoy even sometimes insignificant things, in fact, I think it is impossible to single out one specific source of happiness. We can get this feeling from everything that surrounds us. For example, when sunny days come, my mood immediately rises. Favorite book, favorite food, music, movie - all these things can also make a person happy. So, each person has his own happiness and understands it in his own way. I think if each person tries to make the other person happy, we will all be happy. Well, if we talk about me, then I think at the moment I'm happy, because I'm at home with my family. And as soon as I finish this essay, I will go to read my favorite book.

I am happy.

Happiness is something that comes unexpectedly and imperceptibly. Specially it never comes. It comes just like that. No purpose. Even the saddest person or animal will find happiness. Just not now. When it comes, something must be sacrificed. The victim is resentment and anger. You need to get rid of them in order to gain lightness and freedom. And then comes happiness. Different people have different happiness. Someone has a game console, and someone has a family acquisition. All this depends on the person himself. If this person is in itself angry and touchy, then it will be difficult for him to become happy. And if a person is kind and sympathetic, then every little thing will seem happy to him. Whether it's "thank you" or a simple candy. Happiness also depends on the environment. If a person is uncomfortable in society, then what kind of happiness are we talking about? If one is good, it does not mean that the other is good. People have different preferences and personalities. The only thing that connects us all is needs. A quiet character has happiness in silence, in a small company of close people, in short dialogues or monologues. A person with a loud character has happiness in night discos, a huge crowd of screaming and laughing people. For some, happiness is associated with school, music, books, expensive jewelry, set-top boxes, computers. But most of the time, it's family. Although many do not realize this, but mom, dad, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister - this is a great happiness. Some of this is not given, but they grow up and create their own families. Or they accumulate resentment, anger and grow up unhappy and cornered. Single babies without a family die by the age of one. They are languishing without a loved one. Kids understand that no one will come to them, such children do not cry. But fighters for life are also born. They do not succumb to loneliness, tight swaddling and the meaningless flow of time. They lag behind the "lucky" children in everything - they were never allowed to move, not talked to them and did not give them caresses. These strong-willed children do not know how to walk by the age of two, by the age of five they still do not say how they earn terrifying diagnoses one after another. They resist death and soothe themselves in their beds like crazy little ones. but they believe. into life and into the person who will someday come to take them home. Such children sooner or later become happy. I've been very lucky. I was born and live in a loving family. Of course, there are no quarrels without quarrels, but it is better that way than without quarrels at all. I have someone to argue with, but I won't. I become happy after school, when all the classes are over, the lessons are done, the room is tidied up. Then you can take a deep breath. Exhale the air filled with fatigue and tediousness, and inhale the intoxicating air that smells of freedom and fun. I can play volleyball with my friends or draw while listening to music. I love having conversations with my family. I won't die of loneliness. I have many friends who will support me. Two sisters to help me with my homework. And the dogs that are always waiting for me. I've been lucky in life's lottery. The rest is unimportant, because I'm happy.

Lesnichenko Stanislav 8I class

I'll talk about happiness. In my opinion, happiness is a short period of time when a person feels harmony with the world around him. Absolutely everyone's happiness is very short. It can last from a couple of seconds to several days. Some people don't feel happy at all. You can't always be happy. You can feel fun, joy, peace for a long time, but not happiness. Perhaps it does not exist as such at all, but it is necessary to somehow explain those short periods of time when we feel harmony. If it is, is it the same for everyone? No. Each person has his own happiness. Someone may be happy that he took the child in his arms, and someone from the fact that he was promoted. For someone, happiness is when all the loved ones are healthy, and for someone, when he is all alone. I will give a definition taken from the Internet. Here it is: “Happiness is a state of a person that corresponds to the greatest internal satisfaction with the conditions of one’s being, the fullness and meaningfulness of life, the implementation of one’s “realization of one’s human purpose” - I understand this: a person always has some goal in life. Even if a person does not know who he wants to become and thinks that there is no meaning in his life, then he is wrong. There is always a meaning to life. It just doesn't show up right away for some people. Someone lives for the sake of a loved one, and someone for the sake of their favorite work. Someone for the sake of himself, and someone for the sake of humanity. I don't know whether to consider myself a happy person. As I said, happiness does not last long. I can only say that I have a good, moderate life. Of course, like everyone else, I have moments of happiness. For example, this summer I went to waterfalls. It was very beautiful and wild there. No sign of human life. Only nature. I remember exactly that during the passage of these waterfalls I felt happiness. Much more happiness. It lasted about 18 hours, including the way home, so when I was tired, but I was pleased with what I did. Yes, everyone has moments of happiness, but in the modern world, I think there is more grief than happiness. More precisely, not grief, but sadness. Now people are not content with what they have. The little they have. Therefore, most people are constantly gloomy, and they have very few happy moments in their lives. I am no exception. Although not everything is so bad in my life, I think that not every day I rejoice and feel harmony. Even a person like me has problems. They may not be global, and another person would give up on this, but for me they are a factor that makes me sad. Actually I think people want it. I think every person wants to have some problems, some difficulties in life. I don’t even know why, but everyone wants to be pitied, their problems to be more global than the problems of other people. Then they will get more compassion. This is purely my opinion. It is certainly not true, because there are people in the world who rarely feel sad. People who have much more happy moments than the entire gray mass, mired in their problems. Be happy and look at things easier!

On the one hand, they often say about happy people from the outside: "He looks like a happy person." A happy person is usually a lively, cheerful, smiling, energetic person, a person whose face shows that everything is fine with him. If, however, to deal not with external signs, but with an internal sensation, everything will be much more complicated here. For some, happiness is something very calm, transparent, for some, happiness is peak experiences, and arguing here what kind of happiness is real, with screams or in relaxation, I think that is not very productive. Moreover, many people believe that happiness is not a feeling, but rather an assessment of what is happening “the world is beautiful, and everything that happens is right.” In ancient Greece, every Greek, both old and young, both men and women, knew what real happiness is and who is a happy person. It had nothing to do with feelings, it had to do with facts: a happy person is one who lived a decent life, had a good family and died for his homeland. Now, if you died in battle for your homeland, you had a good family, and you lived your life as a decent person, then everyone will tell you that you lived a happy life. This is a completely different vision than the modern one, but perhaps as a result of such a vision, Ancient Greece remained in the memory of mankind as the cradle of civilization. As for how to become happy, I can say that the recipes will be very different for different people. Happiness can be likened to a house: if the house has a rotten foundation, then decorating the house and hanging pink curtains and turning on music is stupid enough, because the house is shaking and a bad smell is coming from the basement. Therefore, if a person has serious mental problems, it is too early to seek happiness for him, you must first put things in order in your soul. But if a person has order in his soul, the house of his soul stands on a good foundation, everything is good and solid, but it happens that there is no beauty, no music, and then you just need to fix it, build happiness. In this regard, there is a very good wording: "Happiness is not the goal of life, but a way of being." If you have learned to see joy in everything, if you have a meaning in life, if you know how to live cheerfully, if you know how to see pluses in what you do, in what others do, you know how to be grateful, and you have learned to bring joy to yourself and others, you live happily, and anyone who looks at you will say that this is true. A person inside will feel happiness when he is used to living happily, and if this is not just a feeling, but he really lives a meaningful and beautiful life, then even turning on his head, he will say: “Yes, my life is really happy, I am in this life did a lot of great things."

HABITS OF A HAPPY PERSON

Set of habits of a happy person

A happy person must meet other happy people.

It's simple, like attracts like. If a person is happy, joyful, smiling, it is quite natural that he attracts events and personalities with a similar level of vibration.

Moreover, it is not at all necessary that there should be a lot of them. Nature does not tolerate excess. The circle of communication is exactly what tasks you set for yourself at this stage of your life.

Happy man smiles often

Quite a natural external reaction to a good, correct internal state. Smiling is much more pleasant than sitting with a serious and meaningful look.

More often than not, those who frown and assume an important air are simply afraid that "the crown will fall off their heads" and other "important" people will think of them as not being very serious. Here they puff. A happy person does not care, he is what he is, no more, no less.

A happy person recovers quickly

Anything happens in life, no one promised an easy walk. But, as a rule, a person who knows how to be happy and joyful recovers much faster and easier after all sorts of shocks.

After such an event, the usual mechanism is launched, the strength of which is much greater than any negative incident. And where a whiner will need many days, weeks and months, a happy person needs only two or three days, and he smiles again.

A happy person wants to be happy

And this is not a tautology, this is a concrete, practical mechanism. Many people think of happiness as a bird in the sky, as something distant and impossible. “Now, if I then ...”, “If I would have ...” etc. Favorite phrases of pessimists and weaklings.

And any business begins with the fact that you just need to want, not to be afraid, not to look for reasons not to do it, but to want it, and find the strength in yourself to believe that this is doable. A desire appears, opportunities gradually appear, it remains only to notice them and make the right choice in time.

A happy person sees the good

Along with a lot of negative events, a lot of good things are happening around us. It is not as aggressive and active as the negative, but, in terms of its impact, it is much higher and stronger.

Being able to see this positive side in any event, the ability to carefully emphasize, encourage and inspire all participants is the right habit that is sure to add joyful and meaningful events to your life.

A happy person respects and appreciates the simple pleasures of life.

The sun peeked out from behind the clouds, the child walks and smiles, the buds appeared on the trees, autumn painted the leaves in magical colors. The ability to notice and enjoy such simple and natural events add so many colors, impressions and depth to everyday life that it is still necessary to try not to be happy.

How is joy different from pleasure? There's an answer? Everything is simple and can be understood in the most elementary example. He ate a piece of sausage at night - he enjoyed it, refused - in the morning the joy of having managed to overcome the desire of his stomach.

A happy person understands the value of giving

We all heard and noticed that giving is much more pleasant than receiving gifts. Especially if from the heart, from the bottom of my heart. Again, this is a simple skill and an understanding of the value of such a skill. Even nature invented the stage of parenthood so that a person, to the most secret depths of his soul, feels the value of the ability to give warmth and love to another person.

They pull the blanket over themselves from the fear of poverty and underdevelopment of the soul. A person with high quality knows how to give and understands that it is much more important, first of all, for himself.

A happy man allows himself not to watch the clock

Each process has its own implementation period. The ability to feel these "waves" of processes is a good quality of a happy person. It is not necessary to look at the clock and calculate when the bus will come. You just need to get to the stop in time.

Many people stumble over trying to calculate, calculate and measure everything. This is not a complete picture of everything that is happening around us. And time is one of those “calculated” moments that you need to be able to turn off at the right time. And calmly go about your business, exactly as much as you consider necessary for this process, and not as much as the minute hand dictates to you.

A happy person is not afraid of loneliness

Wasting time on idle chatter just to avoid being alone is not a good habit. The state of happiness makes a person self-sufficient. He has no time to be bored, he always has something to do. The ability to get along with yourself, talk, reflect, observe, yes, just enjoy a good day, or rain, or snow. It doesn't matter what's around, what matters is how you know how to relate to it.

And loneliness is normal. We came into this world alone, and we leave alone. The fear of loneliness fetters a person, deprives him of understanding the depth and meaning of what is happening. Again, a good hook for all sorts of manipulators.

A happy person spends money on others easily.

It is easy to part with money - this is an integral part of the ability to give. This does not mean at all that a happy person throws money left and right, everything should be within reason, in balance. But, the willingness to give your "hard-earned" to another person at the right time is a high quality.

Greed and stinginess are all, again, from fear, from the fear of being poor, from the inability to properly interact with the power of money. That is why many wealthy people do not know how to love, they cannot build a normal family, they constantly hide from other people.

A happy person knows how to listen

The world is constantly giving us signals. It can be people, and events, and signs, and, of course, sounds. Moreover, the signals can sometimes come at different times. It is advisable to always be ready for perception, not to fence yourself off from the world with headphones or an arrogant look. Sometimes, it would seem a small signal can radically change your life. Again, based on your desires and intentions.

And the ability to listen and hear another person is, at a minimum, a manifestation of respect for the interlocutor, and, as a maximum, the correct management of one’s processes.

A happy person appreciates real music

It is no coincidence that there is a lot of all sorts of music around us, both good and bad. This is a whole world, a different dimension, an opportunity to soar to an unattainable height. It is no coincidence that there is an expression "divine music", "music of the soul". Not a single person remains indifferent when music sounds.

True, lately, music has been massively used to make money, hence its not the highest quality. But, nevertheless, real music has not gone anywhere, it just became a little harder to find in the general mass. A happy person will always see the difference between music and a set of sounds, and is always willing to spend some time listening to a good piece.

A happy person is very difficult to manipulate

Most manipulation techniques are built on a sense of fear. First we intimidate a person, then we make him do certain things. When the heart is full of joy and happiness, it is much more difficult to intimidate such a person.

You will not find truly happy people among religious fanatics, among the admirers of various gurus and teachers. Fooled - as much as you like, there are no truly happy people. They will not take root there, the vibrations do not match, the process will simply push them out. And why are they there, you have to scare others in order to lure them into your ranks, but a happy person is simply not interested.

Happy man respects exercise

Harmony with the world, the ability to respect, extends not only to other people, but also to yourself, to your body. And any mechanism must be maintained in good, working shape, then the return will be for many years.

Certain physical exercises, exercises, stretching give the necessary elasticity and flexibility not only to our body, but also to the ability to think, remember, and process large amounts of information. The importance and necessity of this approach is understood by most happy people.

Happy man loves to walk

Fresh air, a leisurely walk with a loved one, or alone is a very good and necessary pastime. Seeing how the sun is there, rustling the leaves, feeding the ducks in the pond is a great opportunity to restore strength, fill the body with fresh energy and new plans.

A happy person will always find time for a good walk and, not by chance, one can sometimes meet very interesting personalities in parks and city squares.

Happy man stands out from the crowd

In the general, rather gray mass, hurrying, preoccupied, muzzled personalities, a happy person can be seen immediately. A smile, looseness, openness, a straight posture, a free gait - it's hard not to notice.

No decorations and elegant products of famous designers will make a person happy if he himself does not learn this, and is not ready to work on this skill. But the result is worth it. Light and power can be seen immediately, you will not confuse with anything.

A happy person is constantly learning to love.

This is the ability to love, the ability to give without demanding anything in return. A happy person has enough strength for the qualitative development of this skill.
Eduard Asadov - poetry
cherish happiness, cherish

Treasure happiness, cherish!
Notice, rejoice, take
Rainbows, sunrises, star eyes -
It's all for you, for you, for you.

Heard a tremulous word -
Rejoice. Don't ask for a second.
Don't chase time. To nothing.
Rejoice in this, him!

How long is the song destined to last?
Can everything in the world repeat itself?
A leaf in a stream, a bullfinch, over a steep elm ...
Will it be a thousand times!

Evening is illuminated on the boulevard
Poplars burning candles.
Rejoice, do not spoil anything
No hope, no love, no meeting!

Thunder strikes from a celestial cannon.
Rain, rain! On puddles of freckles!
Twisting, dancing, hitting the pavement
Heavy rain, the size of a nut!
If this miracle is missed,

How can you live in the world then?
Everything that flew past the heart,
Do not return for anything!

Ailments and quarrels temporarily set aside,
You leave them all for old age
Try to even now
This "charm" has passed you.

Let the skeptics mutter to death.
You do not believe them, bile skeptics -
Joy neither at home nor on the road
Evil eyes, even if they burst, cannot be found!

And for very, very kind eyes
There is no strife, no envy, no torment.
Joy will stretch out its hands to you,
If your heart is bright.

Seeing beauty in the ugly
See the rivers flowing in the streams!
Who knows how to be happy on weekdays,
He really is a happy man!

And roads and bridges sing
The colors of the forest and the wind of events,
Stars, birds, rivers and flowers:
Treasure happiness, cherish!

People who confidently go through life are united by a special view of the world. They are happy not so much because fortune smiles on them without ceasing, but because they have developed habits that allow them to stay on top and easily cope with difficulties and failures.

So, happy people:

1. They are completely uninterested in what others think of them. Their position was perfectly expressed by Coco Chanel: “I don’t care what you think of me, because I don’t think about you at all.” We are used to depending on someone else's opinion, but there are a huge number of people around us, and everyone has their own point of view. What can become of each of our lives if we try to please everyone? You do what you think is right. Your actions may be wrong, but this is your experience, and it is priceless. Everyone likes self-confident, independent people who have a clear position in life. Become that person and go through life with dignity, and do not look back every time in search of approval or condemnation of others.

2. They know how to see the situation from the outside. There are no definite victories, no definite defeats. So the best thing is to remain neutral. It's not easy, but it's worth learning. If you follow Chinese wisdom, then the one who will look at his life from a distance will do the right thing - just like a monkey sitting on a mountain watches the fight of two tigers from above. Some part of us must remain that same monkey, dispassionately watching life from the sidelines. This is what allows us to make the right decisions and not waste energy where it’s not worth getting into a fight.

3. Do not torture yourself with regrets. Missed opportunities, unfulfilled eternal love, the deceit of friends who were foolishly entrusted with heart secrets ... We all tend to regret something, but there is nothing more empty and useless. “Regret should not last more than five minutes,” says American psychologist Olaf Miner. “Plunging into self-eating, you lose not only time, but also a huge amount of vital energy.” Missed opportunities cannot be returned, but stop smearing tears and analyze the cause of failure will be an excellent choice.

4. Know how to thank. And this is not an on-duty gratitude, but one that comes from the heart. Gratitude can do wonders in our lives, and here's the thing: when we give thanks, we focus not on what we don't have, but on what we have, and like, as you know, attracts like. Be grateful - and give thanks in advance even for things that haven't happened yet. And every night before going to bed, be sure to remember at least five reasons to say thank you to life.

5. Cherish the feeling of novelty. Having achieved something, we rejoice at it for a very short time, and then the feeling of novelty leaves us. But you need to cling to it with your hands and feet. Remember and "anchor" the moments of your triumph. Joyful events should become the generator of your future victories, so recall and re-experience all shades of happy emotional states again and again. Setting new goals and achieving them is great. But very often, in pursuit of what is not yet, we do not have time to fully enjoy what is already there. This is what makes us unhappy.

6. They know how to laugh at themselves. Irony is a wonderful quality. But if a person can be ironic towards himself, he is invulnerable. Psychologists believe that self-irony is a sign of a developed intellect. The ability to laugh at oneself is inherent only in people who are strong in spirit and mind, who are above any prejudice, it is directly related to cheerfulness and optimism.

7. Live "in today's compartment." So simply and brilliantly formulated one of the habits of happy people, the American psychologist Dale Carnegie. People who live under the yoke of past mistakes, labels and negative experiences, on the one hand, and under the fear of failing in the future, on the other, do not live at all. They are more like frozen zombies. They are paralyzed by fear, and they are not able to understand that there is neither yesterday nor tomorrow, but only today. For example, you decide to become slimmer by spring and go on a diet. Past experience says: “Nonsense, nothing will come of it - you already took it a year ago and quit. Is it worth it to start again? Negative experience sings along with fear from the future: “Now I will start, but how long will I last? I’m going to break in a week anyway!” But the past has already passed, and the future has not come. Therefore, cling to this "here and now" with your teeth - and then you will understand that you can do everything.

8. Never stop learning. Books, travel, new hobbies, foreign languages, the desire to know this world and never stop being surprised, neither at 8 nor at 80 years old - this is another wonderful habit of happy people, because this is what allows them to realize themselves.

9. Never envy. We tend to compare ourselves to others and compare our successes to those of others. There is nothing wrong with healthy competition, but most often it develops into a feeling of dissatisfaction with oneself and envy towards people who are more successful. Meanwhile, there is only one person in the world with whom you can compare yourself - it is yourself, but in the past. And if today you have become at least a little better than yesterday, you are a winner and have the right to envy yourself.

10. Choose friends wisely. Robert Greene in his wonderful book "48 Laws of Power" writes: "Someone else's adversity and misfortune can be fatal for you - emotional states are as contagious as diseases. It may seem to you that you are acting nobly and saving a drowning man, but very often the unfortunate themselves bring trouble on themselves - and they will bring them on you too. It is important to distinguish between people who really need help, and those who, by their actions, thoughts and deeds, from time to time call trouble on their heads. The most dangerous (and contagious) type are people who are always dissatisfied with everything and are used to considering themselves eternal victims. Run from them like the plague. Communicate with the happy - and they will infect you with happiness. Associate with the generous - and become the same. If you are gloomy, stick to cheerful people.
